Oceania 1 encompasses the entire floor offering a very unique condo experience, the elevator opens right into the unit!

One of the beauties of Oceania is that it’s a small complex, you only have to share the amenities with 13 other units. Additional parking can be rented for a small fee directly across the street if needed.
