In your check in email, guests will also find a link to register and purchase your parking passes. Current cost: $60/per vehicle. HOUSE RULES: * Must be 25 or older to rent this property. * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. * No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park. * Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security. * The Oasis is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies. DAMAGE PROTECTION Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 "damage/management fee" that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions.
