- Reservation and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Full payment is required prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the timing, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to the specific property's cancellation policy for details.
- Cancellation by RPM Rentals: In the unlikely event RPM Rentals needs to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be issued or an alternative accommodation will be provided, subject to availability.
- Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in time is typically after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests should be made in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Property Use and Conduct
- Occupancy Limits: Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any RPM Rentals property. Designated smoking areas may be available.
- Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Security Deposit
- Damage Protection: A security deposit or damage protection fee may be required. The deposit will be refunded within a specified period after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or additional cleaning required.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damages or issues should be reported immediately.
- Lost Items: RPM Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Valuables should be secured in the provided safes or left at home.
- Liability and Indemnity
- Liability: RPM Rentals is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur on the property or during your stay. Guests agree to indemnify RPM Rentals against any claims arising from their use of the property.
- Compliance with Local Laws
- Local Regulations: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. Non-compliance may result in penalties or eviction.
