Story
RPM Rentals LLC is a small family-owned, boutique-style vacation rental management company, focused on serving our local community.
We pride ourselves on providing our owners with tailored, one-on-one property management services committed to represent their property as if it were our own!
Our goal is to provide our owners a profit from their condo or home rental while maintaining high standards that ensure our guests have a memorable, stress-free, 5-star vacation experiences on every stay.

Unique?
We bring a "boutique" style of property management, which means we have less clients. We see this as an advantage, and you should too. Because we do not have dozens of properties, we are never spread too thin and have the time and energy to give you / your property the attention you/it deserves!
We also offer "one time service" depending on the property and needs of owners. We partner with our owners and custom our services to their needs, to fill in whatever "holes" they might have in managing their investment property .

Priscilla Morgan
OWNER
Priscilla (aka "Coach P") came home to the Alabama Gulf Coast in 2021 after 12 years as a collegiate volleyball coach with valuable experiences spanning 10 states .
From this background, she understands that success only comes by developing great relationships with our property owners, our guests, and our vendors. Since 2021, she transferred all of her life experiences and coaching skills into property management.
Priscilla worked for the other "big box" property management companies during her career change, and came to realize the property management industry was missing the custom, personal attention that many owners and guests desire to have in their vacation home.... thus RPM Rentals was founded.
When not looking after properties, Priscilla enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her husband, fur babies, & family.
